What's the difference between a Personal Account & Company/Trading Account?
With a personal account you cannot add a VAT number, opening hours, company descriptions, website url's and logos.
When 'Company/Trading Name' is entered the website will automatically adapt to allow company profiles as well as allowing a VAT number to be added if applicable. All one-off invoices and recurring invoices can then include VAT at 20% if required.
All emails will include your name/staff name if added as well as your company signature.
You will be able to switch from a non-company account to a company account at any time via your dashboard.
